This is probably one of the most emotional scenes from the manga. Honestly, I would have never expected Bertl to raise his voice, shout and cry, overcome by grief. It's one of the reasons why I cannot bring myself to hate him and Reiner.
At last, after all this thinking, I managed to draw my personal take of this scene I started by putting in the magical trio (even though Annie shouldn't be here, as she is trapped in that crystal thing), but then I decided to add Ymir too, since she too appears in that scene of the manga.
Who knows if there is enough angst in this one or if I failed..?
